WELCOME MESSAGE
Welcome to the second issue of the MSO Express, the online newsletter of the Malaysian Society of Ophthalmology (MSO). This newsletter aims to keep our members updated on the latest development in the Malaysian Ophthalmology scene and to share short articles written by local sub-specialist experts. The most interesting part of each issue is probably our Personality Focus where we get to know better some of our MSO members and their interests. This issue focuses on Dr. Nor Fariza Ngah, who is the current Head of Ophthalmology Services, Ministry of Health (MOH) Malaysia. She is also the Scientific Committee Chairperson of the 11th Asia-Pacific Vitreo-retina Society (APVRS) meeting that will be hosted in Kuala Lumpur (KL) next December.
